Click here to view the training event schedule 3 Team Leader - Apply to Form / Renew a DBTmo Team. All team members are required to register and become a member of the www.DBTmo.org website. If you want to form a new team and you are designated as Team Leader then fill out the application below. Click here to apply or view status of your application When your team is approved by the DBTmo Administrator then you can track your team members, and upload minutes of your team meetings through Admin Access. 4 Team Member - Apply for Provisional, Core or Renewal Certification All team members are required to register and become a member of the www.DBTmo.org website. Talk to your team leader about joining a DBTmo team. Your team leader will then submit a request to DBTmo on your behalf. When you become a member of a DBTmo team, your team leader will assist you in applying for certification.
